Meditation increases levels of DHEA , Melatonin and Seratonin. These hormones are responsible for cellular renewal and regeneration, youthfulness, feelings of happiness and well-being, and sleep. Studies show that for each year that a person meditates, it subtracts a year in the age of one’s physical body. So if you are 40 and have been meditating for 10 years, you’re likely to have the physical body of a 30 year old!
